Digital products and refunds
Because each product is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are generally final once a download link has been issued. We are not able to offer refunds simply due to a change of mind after a file has been downloaded.
That said, if a product you purchased is genuinely defective, fails to function as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you on a fix, a replacement file, or a refund at our discretion.
