NEXIOS Valuation
Valuation work you can audit line by line. Income, market and asset approaches, a multi-form M&A workbench with a nine-stage deal pipeline, and reports that show their basis of preparation instead of hiding it.
Every figure traces to its source. A valuation can’t be built until the required costs and the basis of preparation are entered — NEXIOS Valuation won’t quietly fill a gap with a plausible-looking number. Closed deals become read-only archives, so a signed-off valuation can’t be edited after the fact.
Built for the number someone else will check
A valuation report gets scrutinized — by a lender, an auditor, a counterparty’s counsel, a court. NEXIOS Valuation is built around that reality: the income, market, and asset approaches are all present, every input has a source and a date, and the finished report explains how it was built, not just what the number is.
Multi-currency work translates foreign companies to US dollars with the rate and method disclosed in the output — not silently folded into one number. Final reports go out as PDF; working drafts stay in Word until they’re ready.
